BRB has put up the for sale sign with the selling off of their Lithium assets. Anyone that followed/held AOP, know the playbook and the buyer.... RMS.
Once RMS have Breaker, they will build a new plant at Rebecca, for a baseload of 8-10 years, then truck higher grade ore from Bom to the plant. Plant will produce perhaps 150k at low AISC. Only a question of when RMS want to make their move. Things like this usually take longer than I think but I am fairly confident about the outcome.
Cash gives the company a very low risk downside, with substantial upside, like AOP did.... premium was very substantial, even though a second bidder helped that happen.
