The full report is even more supportive than this overview, with an excellent 26 page evaluation including, all associated risks, and yet, Hartley's are very bullish with a potential upside of $0.98 and, a shorter term target of $0.40.

Certainly, everyone will be concerned with what is happening in the GOM at the moment but the report takes that into account.

So glad to see a really positive spin that the Directors should get out and run up the flag for all to see.
