Don't forget about the American investors i doubt that they would agree to any offer les than 70 cents probably more.
If my memory serves me correctly they paid more than 30 cents, they currently hold more than 25% .
I doubt they would accept a T/O offer for less than triple their investment ,especially MR Paulsen.
