Ann: Change in substantial holding from MIN, page-62

How long can MIN extend the offer for? Does anyone know definitively how many times they can extend?

At the moment, our SP is pegged squarley with MIN, so regardless of the drill results, won't our value just correlate to MINs?

If so, will the drills even impact MINs SP materially? Or will MIN SP continue to slide with the decline of lithium??

From what I gather, MIN can vote on the delisting 1 month after offer closure, regardless of the 150 with $500 threshold, and if that passes....they could just drive our SP further down with CR dilution etc....

Looking for some level headed responses to either steel my resolve or confirm my darkest concerns...
