    If a class action was to happen you would see the sp sink lower the cash disapear and little oportunity for the company to make new deals while dealing with unhappy shareholders.
    This could go on for years and see the sp fall to 0.005 cents as the cash is burnt up paying lawyers and other fees and bring the company to a complete holt going forward.
