12c dividend seems far too optimistic. I think management will revert to paying lower dividends for the first three quarters and then a larger dividend for the final quarter. I will be happy with 9c dividend for Q1 to Q3 with Q4 dividend expected to top up the full year dividend to 40 - 44c.
