Hi Tower. It's true that no public declaration to exit has been made, but then major shareholders don't do this in advance anyway (as the mere sentiment could make the price tank). But nor has he come out saying "I'm done selling, I remain committed to the business, etc".
Simple logic says that he's sold 11.5M shares in just the last two weeks (i.e. reduced his holding down 25%) so it's just as likely he'll continue to sell. However now he's under the 5% threshold the only way you'd now is either an updated Top 20, or tracking broker data. It's just something to be wary of and may indeed cap the price for a while if it is the case.
