where do you get 4.6 for ALC? 1.9 was paid in Feb on completion. There is a further 1.9 based on audited accounts for FY23. That won’t happen until August, so in the FY24 year and a further 1.9 in FY25. Then there is deferred consideration, but that won’t happen until FY24 as well.
Not quite sure what your finance cost is? I thought there was only the interest on the CBA facility. There will be an acquisition cost for ALC and the deferred consideration calc though. Less than 2 million I would have thought.
have no idea what share based payment cost will be - no doubt large given all the options they are currently handing out.
The biggest concern is further impairments on their investment - I know it’s non cash but it’s annoying and makes the accounts ugly.
so our biggest difference is ALC should be 1.9 not 4.6?
