The Super tax just made things alot more difficult to get investors onboard you have Royalities going to Aborigines, NT Government and now Federal Gov at least with the NT Gov you can claim back the infracture, what profits would be left for the MAK investors . Whats happening with offtake agreements theres have to be someone interested in good quality Phosphate at a reasonable price
