Because I'd don't hold shares does not mean I can't have any input or opinion. I'm familiar with dividends and tax etc. Maybe I'm a prospective shareholder looking to buy ( I am) .
Just to get a hundred dollar divided needs a fair amount of shares. I think the money could be better spent by the company then a petty half cent .
