I disagree. ASX rules require that every time major shareholders change their holding, the appropriate forms need to be provided to the ASX to inform the entire market. This is one of the ways that everything is kept beyond reproach, and minor shareholders are protected.

Instead we end up being delisted for one reason which we voted for, but now find ourselves committed to having one shareholder with a controlling interest.

"He promises to be good.... really...."

I would like the ASX to relist us so I can sell this for the 2cents each its now probably worth, but would be disappointed in the ASX if they did. Also - I think the NSX also should not list IPO.

What these directors are trying to do is just wrong.
