Malyut - in that deal CTX was the buyer (ie. like Peabody in this deal) so the comparison is not really there IMO. CTX was also getting hit hard by shorters when refining margins went south, CTX cut its divi and earnings were poor.
I am not saying MCC will not rise after an initial hiccup, but I dont think were able to draw the same comparison.
