Not quite...unless I'm mistaken:
193kt ROM. 87kt saleable but held 71kt ROM for processing. So to get % you need to do 193-71 first. So ~70% yield.
No doubt pre-stripping voids to manage water and then the rain events have slowed ramp up in general combined with potential geo issues that have been mentioned here. Hopefully coal prices at these levels has given them the breathing room to work it out.
