Understandable.
I think one thing that needs to happen is JZ needs to stop alluding to things he has no control over becasue when the boss says it it kinda becomes a thing.
He has said he expects approvals this quarter (he said that last quarter as well) so lets see.
He needs to say something like "We have no control over the time frame all we can do is provide any information requested of us in a timely manner".
