Although to be fair they do actually say "Linius revenues are growing very strongly". If 10 bucks goes to 20 bucks I guess that does qualify for "growing very strongly".

On a more serious note, the raise via a convertible note at $0.02 does seem quite reasonable to me. If there is shareholder approval for the issue, then the amount is automatically converted at 2 cents and no interest payable.

Not even sure how they pulled off such a financial injection. Either very persuasive presenters, lucky or something positive on the horizon. Any of those scenarios is possible.
