I am in shock, I was under the impression, NO, in fact we were told they owned the IP!!!!!!

THIS IS A COMPLETE FARCE!

What was that KOS was saying about continous disclosure today, just like the cashflows they hide this information!

I cant believe they didnt inform shareholders of this!!

As far as I am concerned the price wont being going anywhere by south on this news. When/if this is resolved it would be nice for them to inform there shareholders that the whole purpose of what they do is under legal objection.
