Do you believe that they didn't lie through their teeth knowing this was coming?
Do you think they went from 40 million NPAT per year to now guiding a 24 million loss + telling the market they were confident no CR would be required in November last year as well as horrendously miss informing the market of guidance for the past 3 years?
Do you think the previous executive team cashing out at $3-5 a share and resigning before any of this came to fruition isn't some form of corporate negligence to act in the best interest of shareholders?
I know there is probably nothing that can be done to PROVE they broke any negligence laws but what I am saying is they were 100% aware of this in some shape or form.
Now, every other idiot like myself is stuck holding onto their lies with a 50-90% loss.
