Really? I'm consistently amazed by the negative reaction any time a founder has the "temerity" to sell even a small fraction of their holdings. Asset allocation 101 is don't have all your eggs in one basket but somehow this not supposed to apply to founders.... A well deserved pay day for the two founders.
