Ann: 12CQ chip development progress update, page-19

Ladies and gents, I'm still digesting the sheer volume of work and speedy advancement. Maybe I should print this update out and frame it somewhere. I sincerely hope both our team and us shareholders get some near term reward that reflects this level of focus and progress.

-Here I was thinking they're still tinkering with initial 12CQ design, but no, they're at second generation design with packaging considerations addressed.

- Increased number of gate electrodes to control states with this new improved 2nd generation design.

-That image1 - of a multitude of Archer QEDs, I'm kinda speechless for now.

-AXE establishing its own customised lab facility. Yes, if there's a scarcity, go build your own.

- Archer is working towards a potential breakthrough in the foundry packaging of the 12CQ chip
architecture. Archer’s nanodevice engineers are developing an encapsulation method for the
12CQ qubit chips, that could potentially provide an ‘artificial vacuum’ to allow devices to be
operated in ambient conditions. Initial outcomes of the packaging development indicate
cleanroom processing is compatible with standard semiconductor foundry methods while
maintaining coherence times. This means the approach has the potential for technology
translation to industrially scale Archer’s 12CQ qubit chip architecture.

Are you kidding me AXE. No quite obviously not. Engineering the packaging to house an artificial vacuum.

Further still, the packaging of future 12CQ devices in a semiconductor foundry requires
significant innovation in materials and process engineering to maintain qubit properties (e.g.
coherence), operation, and function.

All going to be invented from scratch. After adding this much value to nano tech processes and quantum engineering, we have another big asset in this domain of expertise that no other chip fabricator has at the moment. Every one of these innovations should have some IP attached to it as well I would think. But for now, no time to waste, back to laser focus.
