Re the 'ongoing conversations' around the delisting conundrum, can anyone reach out to Ernie Myers and ask for an interpretation at all (unfortunately too late to ask Iain) but they'd be able to advise exactly what MIN's & the shareholders voting rights as per the agreement are wouldn't they ???
