confused re director selling

I had a look at the ASX re. the CAP Directors and this is the result

Mr Nick Sheard (Executive Chairman)
Mr Mike Chester (Non Exec. Director)
Mr Bob Hair (Non Exec. Director)
Mr Stanley Macdonald (Non Exec. Director)

As per the announcement Appendix 3Y dated 10/05/2010, it says Robert William Hair.

Are we talking about the same guy as mentioned in the ASX or his "brother" who sold some shares?
