Yes the share price has fallen - but very low turnover and remember for every seller there is a buyer.

i'm not saying the current share price is great by any stretch of the imagination and it might drop further - but up to 4.6c as I write this there are roughly 1 miilion shares for sale hardly a mass panic of shareholders desperately clogging the exit door. By the way it hasn't been a great week on the market for a lot of stocks this week.

Clearly many shareholders that pay on this forum have been in AUZ for while, certainly prior to the consolidation, and they will likely be sitting on a high % loss on their entry price - I'm sure they don't need the multiple repetitive posts by some of the non holders reminding them of the risks inherent in being an AUZ shareholder right now they will be fully aware of the risks.

I genuinely fail to see any benefit or value in non holders constantly harping on about their assessments of grades, worthlessness of the LGE offtake, the board, ASIC actions, the recent issue re Holmes and Argentina (does anyone actually know what the actual current status is of Holmes and Argentina?) etc etc. Hotcopper is an open forum and anyone can say what they want but really repitition after repitition with the only recent new info being the Argentine/Holmes matter which while relevant we know very little about to form any opinion re any impact on the LGE negotiations.

The vast majority of shareholders are clearly not prepared to exit right now based on the current sell depth but rather they are awaiting developments on the current negotiations and then no doubt will need to make a decision if they will take a loss in the event LGE do not proceed or hang around and see where AUZ heads. Clearly if LGE commit further it is a different ball game.

AUZ may not be responding to emails re the status of negotiations but is that surprising? - I am not surprised aside from the fact that negotions would be commercial in confidence - any meaningful update would need to be made to the market not to a shareholder's email.

One thing shareholders can be very certain of - in the absence of any announcement re the negotiations by LGE or AUZ that the negotiations have broken down (AUZ would have to make this given the prospectus comments re the negotiations) it is reasonable to assume there is still negotiations going on in the background. They may fail I acknowledge that, but given it is now mid March and no announcement of breakdown clearly there must be some substance to the ongoing negotiations.
