Can they sign a binding DSO agreement without mining leases being granted? Doesn't make sense to agree to supply a product without a lease to mine it in the first place.
Reading between the lines (speculation, rather than than hearsay), I'm thinking AEV have commercial deals all sorted, awaiting signatures pending the granting of mining leases. So we might see an announcement with details of revenues in the very near future. I could be completely wrong, of course.
