Potentially more likely? That is the art of saying a lot of words whilst saying nothing at all. It's a fancy way of saying "we don't know."

Don't get me wrong, what the testing does is proves that the lot failure is down to the etch and the PCMO array is sound - it's taken the conclusions of the post lot analysis last year and demonstrated those conclusions in an experiment. That is a good thing.

But again, they don't know if the etch will work until they have tested PL4, so how can you make a conclusion on the probability of compatibility?
