Mr Frey was brought on to resolve the issues with the processing facilities and to improve the TGC grade and flake size. He has achieved these goals. The timing of his departure was also around the time he was responding back to RNU and Dorfners objection to his patent for PSG purification.

I am honestly surprised by the claim "alleged conduct regarding the management of the operations of Skaland and its governance." Would they prefer the mine was operating at a loss and the company was still losing money on the venture?
IMO the only time to raise the issues over the conduct regarding the management would have been under the previous CEO when poor maintenance resulted in the fire at the facilities.

I am glad MRC has advised shareholders what the claims are, I cannot see any justification for MRC share ownership to be diluted or sold in the Skaland graphite mine for any of these reasons, it seems an attempt by BSG to try to secure larger ownership in the mine and make sure they are part of the anode business with Mitsubishi Chemicals. Who can blame them, I am here for the graphite business and MRC's connection to FREYR and Mitsubishi.

Oh, the only thing I can see they might be cranky about is MRC investment in the Canadian graphite business we recently purchased shares in. It might pay to look into this company to see who they are working with and the processing method. it might explain the "alleged diversion of downstream graphite processing opportunities" Did MRC buy into this business or was it MRCGN?

The question still remains who is BSG and who are the investors involved in this company.
