They sunk a boatload of cash into this sucker. They have to get that back first before they see any profit. Then there is the multiple of years of interest on money to get back. Well over $250m. This amount to get back minimum is all post tax money also. SD/FML have to pull a lot of money out the ground. The only way to get money back to mothership is dividends. They can take their "dividends" as gold (simple transaction - they use their dividend to buy equal amount value of gold, which appears as revenue to FML which is taxed, but they should have a heap of offsetting losses.), the rest of us in cash.
