Have to say I admire your intestinal fortitude - in a normal western democracy it probably works out all right in the end, but in the DRC I expect that they want the thing mined ASAP and the end of 2024 most likely wont fly.

The option of giving the project to another miner with a big balance already operating in the country is still a possibility that should not be totally dismissed even at the repeated insistence of "good legal title" (IMO)
