    If you take up the offer with MIN and MIN dont get 80%. The total of your investment/ transfer value is up for GCT there is no 50% discount for holding your NWE for 12 months. Am i correct in thinking that? I have been told there is no carried over of CGT relief .
    Any way my cost is .003 for my NWE shares and i carry just under 10 mil. so my profit hence CGT would hurt.
