SPP is a dead duck. Anybody who wanted to top up would of and still could do so below SPP price.

If share price rocketed for some reason in next week or so then SPP takeup would obviously be good but in the absense of an announcement the SPP is a boat anchor around the neck of the share price. The SPP is acting as zero cost options for holders but not on an equitable basis thus diluting the SP and keeping it artificially low.

I've said it before but theres better and fairer ways to raise capital that protect interests of existing holders and the SP.

This is only an opinion and as a holder I'd be very happy to be proved wrong. Still I can wait for this SPP to pass and the SP to once again be driven by the market.
