The HDN model includes a KFC. Fine dining is less likely. Neighborhood is a lot different from regional centres, mall shopping or etc. They would avoid, for instance, fashion boutiques or a department store type thing.
SGP, for instance, is moving away from malls or larger shopping centers and more towards neighborhood shopping.
Agree that this could be good long term hold but could suffer in the short term with the macro being what it is. I might top up if it drops somewhat but I would not go overboard here.
