Let’s just say 12% royalties on $500 million sales, that’s $US60 million from North America alone. Assuming a similar revenue stream from the rest of the world, that $US120 million a year or AUD$180million. Since they have minimal expenses except the trials, let’s say net profit AUD$150-130million a year. Market cap at the moment is around $1.7 billion, which gives it a PE of around 11-13.
