Section 671b of the Corporations Act (2001) is clear on that too:
"person's and associates' votes is the total number of votes attached to all the voting shares in the company or interests in the scheme (if any) that the person or an associate has a relevant interest in."
You claimed to have bought 5,000,000 shares in MTM which indicates you have control over 5,000,000 shares. It doesn't matter how many accounts you use. You claimed to have control of 5,000,000 shares and Section 671b is clear on constructive possession.
I would suggest you think long and hard before digging a deeper hole. Anything you post here can and would be used against you.
