Everything you need to know can be found in the Northern Territory of Australia Mineral Titles Act 2010. Section 166(1) provides useful information - the Minister must provide written notice of any decision, requirement, approval, consent, authorisation....
They've notified AEV, in writing of their Decision to grant a mining lease.
