Hi guys , i was looking to get a bit of an education on unfranked dividends. Does the brokerage or anyone withhold a proportion of tax? I am asking because last quarter i received a capitol return and an unfranked dividend from HZN, now the unfranked portion roughly 35% less than i was expecting..... can someone please shed some light on this.
