There is NO shortage
100000% there are tensions between China vs West but unless either goes to war against each other or starts an embargo, any company needing RER can get it.
Many Green electrification materials have a strange fixation with shortage
if crude oil will be in shortage becuase of EV and be replaced by renewals, why is oil at $80usd today, it should be $2!00 lol.
