May I suggest the ATR using 20 period is tooooo long as it does not adjust for the current market. To me 4 or 5 day in current environoment is better and also all together depends on the stock in question ie the ATR should really be adapted to the stock
Other poin re XJO is that this current fall has no where to go. The Euro zone has bought time nothing more and yes the market is concerned but will have to live with it and try and time when things go crunch so in short I think I agree that this should be long or sideways from here.
(Unles there is something else afoot ? thought chinese internal consumption was promising, was not too put off by the figures but the iron ore stock are saying something else so perhaps there in lies the clue to whats REALLY happening ??)
