I agree with you. I think KKR Humanforce and TAG both really want IntelliHR. You can see it in the bidding increments 11cents by Humanforce, then 14 cents by TAG, then 16.5 cents by Humanforce and now 20 cents by TAG.
One surprise thing yesterday was how much TAG raised their offer by. It wasnt by one or two cents - it was by 3.5 cents.
