No wonder Henry looked peed off .
He is being blamed as the architect ,but when you consider that this Super tax was designed to be taken with the 25% company tax and abolition of royalties ,we got the medicine without the the sweetener .
It is so far removed from the original intention that it should not be called the Henry review .
