Hmmm, still working the market out, and how to design a BMS for one real life situation, 8 months after the Acciona trial could have started, being after July 2022, OK.

That seems to lend some credence to a comment by Tim Harris in his Redflow AGM CEO’s Address,14 October 2021;

" As we often state to our customers, we wear the grey hair we have accumulated over the years with pride as they provide clear and differentiated evidence of a company that has successfully addressed the inevitable challenges of introducing a world leading energy storage technology that many new energy storage companies have yet to face. You simply just can’t get that experience in the lab."

Cost/value advantage, that must be a different storage mix scenario, Redflow have this quoted response in the recent MOU from Energy Queensland Executive General Manager, Engineering, Peter Price;


A mix of short and Long Duration Energy Storage (LDES).
Maybe we'll get to see where that goes
