Wow, you have really gone full hotcopper anthem on this , the anthem all holders who cant say a critical thing about a company they hold despite all the evidence, brain only allows for pros its not possible the company is part of the majority of companies that dont survive, remember only 6% of companies ever listed on the ASX actually make money.
OSL is not being manipulated. It is simply being sold. At some point you need to realise its not games played, the stock is simply being sold. Its always the anthem of hotcopper holders whenever the share price is down "its the big boys trying to take your shares" "bots at work" "traders manipulating the stock" "paid down rampers" with absolutely no knowledge of the mechanics behind it, cant just admit that share price is what it is, there is net selling because the market does not see value in the stock.
I mean the management have literally put the share on sale at 1 cent, now you're saying the CR wont happen, you are one deluded poster, I get it when there is money on the line its hard to admit the narrative you invested into isnt playing out because you have to admit you are wrong, but your posts are next level delusion.
Explain the mechanics of how on earth a CR will fight off an attack, a lot of holders here are sprouting things with no idea of the mechanics behind it. How on earth is a cap raise at 1 cent stopping anything that could have happened last week prior to this announcement? If anything it makes it easier. Still waiting on one post to try to explain this, it makes no sense at all.
Agree that the selling last week was out of place, the average sell volume was 578k a day for the las 6 months, but for some reason last week we had days of 8.5 million sell days, more than 10 times the normal volume, I think it is probably a holder who was aware this capital raise was coming, so they got out before the announcement.

View attachment 5143165Not enough volume traded here traded in the total 6 months to even get what they would need, infact the total value traded in the last 6 months is only $3 million in 6 months, so really no demand there, and in a tough macro environment guess they didnt think they would be able to get the cash unless its a heavy discount.
Question is now weather you can trust this management who are paying themselves 1.2 million a year, losing about 2.5 million a quarter, now they put their hands out for another 10 million which will last about a year at current burn rates before they will need to do yet another raise. I mean thats a question for you guys that have to part with you hard earn cash, is this really the best place to put your cash?
