Im just cruising HC atm but noticed the CTP thread. Gets a lot of attention. Its got huge, huge and good coal but its "stranded". Too far from the coast. There is prbably a way to profit from it, but it would require much more initiative than any Australian govt has ever shown.
Nuff said, but what makes this one still interesting to me is one word. Permian.
Why? Well, because the worlds most prolific oil fields tend to be...Permian. Mississippi delta. Niger delta, for example. If the resources of this basin are Permian, its probably better odds than most lottery tickets there could be something biggish down there.
I was looking at it way back when the price was miles higher than now. might be time to buy a small parcel in case they hit the permian jackpot. Kick myself if they did and I didnt have any. Im right off juniors these days, but might make a little exception.
