I read that article and it appears on the face of it that the company - Feild Trip has a systemic failure in their delivery of services.

" Field Trip likely hoped its Freedom program would improve scalability while reducing costs, thus improving the company’s financial performance. The program, announced in November 2022, was touted as “a first-of-its-kind one-year hybrid ketamine therapy program that blends the power of psychedelic-assisted therapies with holistic wellness support”. Crucially, the program provided customers with ketamine lozenges and allowed them to take them at home or in-clinic (in a group setting), at one of the company’s locations. The program was offered at $299 a month.

I would be surprised if patients to our Psychennex Melbourne "Model Clinic" were able to get access to our PSI-GAD program for less than AUD$ 10,000.

The calibre of our Psychennex co-founders gives some assurances and peace of mind to IHL shareholders like me that the Psychennex services will be delivered appropriately, safely, and in a controlled fashion, (as is required by the TGA) unlike what Feild Trip has been involved with. IMO Feild Trip's failures cannot be seriously compared to Incannex's vision.

Psychennex will be delivering our PSI-GAD Trial program to the public, subject to the TGA approvals. The benefits of Vertical Integration and being the "first mover" will be rewarding IMO.

A vertically integrated psychedelics clinic that controls its own supply chain, from manufacturing its own psychedelic compounds to delivering its own clinical trial-proven therapy, could potentially offer several benefits.

Diversification of revenue streams: By controlling the entire supply chain and treatment process, a vertically integrated clinic could potentially diversify its revenue streams and reduce dependence on a single product or service. Fast forward to the vision of rolling out Sleep Disorder Treatments for Sleep Apnoea Patients with IHL-42X as therapy and this clinical vision make further sense in term of Vertical Integration and being in total control. "The implementation of this strategy will in part provide the platform to allow an accelerated path to commercialisation for our drug assets post clinical success" CEO Joel Latham.
