Hopefully you can see that a three month period is plenty of time for an estimated mining license approval and subsequent mining commencement. Obviously those timelines need adjustment considering current holdups though but we're likely appropriate estimations at the time.

Also this is likely no more than a shareholder infographic being a very rudimentary version of their internal Gantt chart (two t's in Gantt) and should be treated as no more than such.

I believe you were an engineer? Maybe I am remembering incorrectly? Are you purposefully misconstruing information or are you having trouble with comprehension of basic ideas? And before you misinterpret that it was a rhetorical question.
