Nice pickup @frmen1 ! I can't beleive that this isn't addressed up front in the Chairmans report! Instead its buried in the financial notes at page 23.

If the raise is at the same price as the last raise @.0065 it will mean 8.5bn odd new shares. Or is it a case of replacing old con. notes for new ones?

The amount of the raise is suspiciously similar to the amount for the MOG IPO. Is this AJQ's new plan to keep MOG/AJQ as one entity and funnel the IPO funds directly into AJQ?

AJQ are very light on information around a raise of this scale in a company of this size.
