When was the "failed MME capital raise" that you posted about?

They raised $20m at 50 cents from institutions in September 2022, and then had a small $1.2m SPP along with this - with didn't deliver any $$$ (as the SP was lower than the 50 cent capial raise price at the time)?

Is this small $1.2m SPP the failed capital raise you have mentioned?

As other have mentioned, the MME business will have revenues of over $220m for this financial year, and the recent half year showed NPAT of around $8.8m (which shows you how profitable MME can be when the loan growths slows a little).

And in the latest report, office costs to gross revenue were down to just 23% (which is huge - as it is down from 49% two years ago & down from 48% one year ago).

But with the strategic funding solution up in the air, and a current very difficult macro & financing environment - the market cap is now only around $32m
