So my nonsense answer approach to your question is: lets eliminate chickenpox virus as a vehicle, because our body already have it when we were baby with the chickenpox vaccine. So, the vehicle virus has to be similar to the flu virus,where the body can put up with the flu virus without death (right now, it is ok every year to get a flu, but not ok to get chicken pox every year)
