"a three month period is plenty of time " and one would assume that a six month period for the Feasibility Study was also valid ? And yet here we are nearly Fifteen months down the track and still no Study !!!! Considering everything that follows is contingent on the FS I stand my my original statement that everything following the FS should be moved at least 3 columns ie 9 months to the right.

Also if you look carefully, it is Licence APPLICATION, not APPROVAL ~ judging by how long it has taken the GoU to update their Legislation, I would not be surprised if they take much longer than three months once they receive the Application from RZW.
