It is a continuing frustration. Deep water hard to get oil was meant to save the business as usual scenario. The disaster in the Gulf was not the result of amatuers and is a huge warning that pie in the sky oil may not play out.
Easy cheap to extract CVN oil becomes even more valuable as the Gulf problems continue and yet the market screws us down further.
The value will eventually be reflected in the SP.
