There have been significant ETF redemptions in the States and this results in heavy selling in stocks at precisely the time when liquidity is low. That’s the perfect storm, and also the reason I commenced building a position in IXHL.
Cash flow is the critical factor with these businesses and IXHL management made the correct, albeit unpopular decision at the time to ensure the business was funded.
