Sorry @mowibble, nothing to post about recently and my views haven't changed. And my Buy sentiment is a mild leaning at best.
Governance is appalling in my view.
Fixed cost build out is being mismanaged (there is little if any contingency if markets have a significant wobble... this is risk management 101). And remember they didn't get there in the last placement as management had to fund the shortfall, ... oh and they still haven't put their hands in their pockets yet?!
And I just disagree on US listing, so watch this space. I don't think it will add the value that this forum seems to think. It's the CEO's costly folly. They've spent a million bucks so far, will be costly on an ongoing basis and new US equity should come with it which will dilute existing shareholders again. CEO effectively said on call that a premium issue won't happen. And if there is no new equity on a U.S. raise then WhyTF do it? The argument that the US market will drive a higher price is utter BS. With fungible shares, the liquid Aussie market will set the price.
But this being said, I think FDA approval is likely (although the delay is worrisome as FDA guides 6 months yet we're into the 9th month) and therefore fingers crossed the announcement should see a SP bump. But won't be nearly as much as I was expecting. I'll be out when it occurs.
Just the way I see it.
